Pierwszy tydzień marca to był czas, gdzie mocno zastanawiałem się nad podkręceniem śruby w przygotowaniach. W tamtym okresie miałem w planach spożywać 200g białka 240g węglowodanów i 40g tłuszczy co daje ok. 2120kcal więc umówmy się, że dla kogoś kto w miarę aktywnie prowadzi tryb życia i trenuje 5-6x w tygodniu to szału nie ma. Oczywiście co kilka dni takiego deficytu byłyby dni wysokich ww (refeed days). Wtedy masa ciała schodziła do 75kg. Uznałem, że nie ma sensu mocniej docinać bo jaka sytuacja jest każdy widzi i to, że dane zawody są przeniesione to nic nie znaczy. Szykować się do NIBYLANDII tym bardziej w domowych warunkach, bez potwierdzenia, że cokolwiek w tym roku się odbędzie to raczej słaby pomysł bo skrajna redukcja to nic przyjemnego. Tak więc od razu wskoczyłem na 340ww a aktualnie jem 400g węglowodanów (+160g od planowanych z marca) i 60g tłuszczy (+20 więcej) i oczywiście zdarzają się dni, gdzie nieznacznie przekroczę skalę. Waga aktualnie od tamtego czasu chyba się popsuła bo cały czas pokazuje przedział 75- 75.5 a dodam, że od 13 marca bylem na jednym 30 minutowym spacerze i trenuje sobię w domu (żeby nie zwariować). Myślę, że w większości przypadków aktualnie najważniejsze w aspekcie żywienia jest utrzymywanie bariery, przy której czujemy się komfortowo. Ok jeśli ktoś ma co zrzucać i nie mówimy tu o ostrej redukcji to czemu nie ale w tym okresie myślę, że najważniejsze to nie przejadać się ani się nie głodzić 🥪 #me #posing #mensphysique #photography #minicut #bulking #shreded #eat #naturalbodybuilding #pump #training #homeworkout

Nitrogen is a key component of amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins. Since proteins are essential for the body to function, nitrogen balance is highly regulated to keep the body stable. Nitrogen balance is calculated by determining dietary nitrogen intake and then subtracting nitrogen excretion. The main limitation to the nitrogen balance method is the difficulty of determining nitrogen losses. The technique tends to overestimate intake and underestimates losses. The underestimation is due to the difficulty in assessing nitrogen gas losses, accounting for losses through the skin (sweat) and expired air (ammonia) and the nitrate content in urine and feces. The interesting part about all of this is that nitrogen balance was used to create the RDA for protein. So, does that mean the RDA is too low? Not necessarily. STILL NO MOTIVATION... . But it still gets done 🙌 . Todays leg sessions consisted of: . 1️⃣Banded Leg Extensions 3 x Max (Sped up) 2️⃣Banded Leg Curls 3 x Max (Sped up) 3️⃣Back Squats 3 x 8-15 4️⃣Split Squats 3 x Max 5️⃣Banded Hip Thrusts 3 x Max 6️⃣Barbell RDLs 3 x 8-15 7️⃣Calf Raises (Not filmed because I didn't do them...again @ajmorris_ 🙈) . You'll notice some exercises are max reps where others are a rep range. I do max reps if I can't adjust the weight or tension much, whereas on barbell lifts I have more weight available to play with and can add load if my reps get quite high. . You'll often find if you have a number in your head when doing an exercise for example 8-12 reps, you'll quit when you hit 12, but may actually have alot more left in the tank. You limit yourself by thinking of 12 as the threshold. . These rep ranges are guidelines to how much weight to use. Not guidelines of when to stop 😉
