My workout for the day! I did a 5 mile walk with @keairalashae on YouTube! I love this one because it’s easy/hard, which is my favorite kind of workout. I mean I did it without even having to get dressed. And I sweated up a stoooooorm. It’s a keeper.

🚨Giving back🚨 My heart has been so full lately. I know a lot of people talking about giving back, and supporting each other but one thing I’ve always believed in is practicing what is preached. I do a lot of things that I don’t talk about and I prefer to keep my generosity private because boasting isn’t something that a true giver will ever believe in. Half an hour cardio, followed by another half hour of a home back workout this morning! 💪⁣ ⁣ I’m determined to stay in a good mindset, keep endorphins flowing and my health up during all of this! ❤️⁣ ⁣ What I know for sure is... ⁣ There’s one of two things that will happen this isolation... ⁣ ⁣ #1. Fall into bad eating & drinking habits. Lose motivation and move further away from our goals. Putting ourselves last, not focusing on self-love or our mental health. Criticising ourselves and others. ⁣ ⁣ #2. Fall into GOOD eating habits, gaining motivation, moving our bodies and moving closer towards our goals. Putting our health FIRST, ourselves FIRST, making gut health, SELF-LOVE and mental health a priority over anything else.
