“Getting my Greens” Min favorit måde at få en masse sundt grønt ind er simpelthen at lave en af mine yndlings shakes/smoothies. Den består af 1/3-del Frisk Ananas, 2 håndfulde Broccoli(frosne), 2 håndfulde Spinat(frosne), 1 Banan, Ca.1/3-del kokosvand, Ca.1/2 liter alm.vand, 1 håndfuld Friske eller Frosne Jordbær, 1,5 Scoop Vanille Protein Pulver fra Nutramino. Der kommer ca.5 store glas ud af det. Og jeg sørger for at drikke de 3 eller 4 glas løbende under dagen så jeg får så meget udbytte af vitaminerne som muligt.
