This is all her⁣ ⁣ This is what consistency and dedication looks like ⁣ ⁣ As of last week we were over 15kg down, with 10kg of that coming in the new year ⁣ ⁣ But weight isn’t the whole story. It represents a tool, a way in which we can advise⁣ ⁣ You don’t introduce yourself to someone and tell them your weight⁣ ⁣ So we placed focus on things that matter. Changing habits, forming new ideas around food and exercise.⁣ ⁣ We looked at how clothes fit, how she saw herself in the mirror, we monitored mood, hunger, energy levels⁣ ⁣ All the stuff that makes you successful⁣ ⁣ And with all that she was still able to eat and enjoy food and the occasional glass of wine ⁣ ⁣ She checked in week on week. Improving in skills such as cooking, tracking food and making more informed decisions about what food will help her reach her goals⁣ ⁣ And you know what, she does have a goal weight and that’s perfectly fine⁣ ⁣ And we’re only half way there⁣ ⁣ We are having a diet break, reversing up to some higher calories⁣ ⁣ And you better believe in the next 6-12 months I will be singing her praises again ⁣ ⁣ She will tell you sometimes it’s not been easy and you have to have the drive to want to change ⁣ ⁣ But make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons whatever they may be ⁣ ⁣ Keep your eyes peeled - she will be back 😁👏🏼

I feel closest to my dad when I cook anything Italian. That was his favorite kind of food to make and came naturally to him. That trait must of been passed down since it’s also my favorite kind of food to make! Obviously that pasta isn’t for me 😂 which is fine, I’m actually not missing pasta much (can you believe it?). In the back there is shrimp, spinach, tomatoes, onions, garlic, butter, oregano and basil. I put this over zucchini noodles@with mozzarella chunks and Parmesan! Also, while I’m not missing pasta I also won’t say that zucchini noodles are just as good. ⭐️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT⭐️ So so incredibly proud of @sim_dhillon96 with what he's accomplished so far, and I just wanted to make a post to give him the credit that he deserves. 1️⃣He's dropped an incredible 8kg without tracking a single calorie. 2️⃣He's gone from not going to the gym to lifting weights 3x per week. 3️⃣His wall sit has more than tripled, going from 30s to 1:40 and now we've added more weight. 4️⃣He can now hip hinge correctly. Best Workout strategy for fat loss? Ladies this is a biggie for you. . I’ll tell you what’s not the best. High reps and light weights. Doing the same reps every workout or lifting the same amount of weight. Doing some low rest period constantly moving workout is not the best way to go about burning calories. That’s basically cardio. . You can have a six pack without doing cardio. Do cardio for general health reasons not for fat loss. . Whether you’re trying to gain muscle or lose fat lifting weights is always going to be the best strategy. Building and lifting heavy with a focus on form and contracting the targeted muscle is what’s going to make your appearance pop. . You’ll look slimmer, leaner and your clothes will fit better when you lift this way. And you’ll burn far more calories throughout that day on top of your workout. . You can recover quickly from lifting light weights. You’re not going to recover as fast lifting heavy so your body will continue to burn even after your workout. .
